1. Who we are

2. The service
One More Thing is a monthly mail club: every month we post the envelope of the world you chose (Feast, Wander, Signal, Connect, Tongue). Each world is its own subscription.
3. Subscription, prices, renewal
You can choose a monthly, 6-month or 12-month plan; you pay in advance at the start of each period. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period, with the same payment method, until you cancel. We e-mail you 7 days before a 6- or 12-month plan renews. Prices include VAT. Shipping is included in the price.
4. Delivery
We post the envelopes at the start of every month. Subscribe by the 20th and your first envelope arrives at the start of the next month; later, it arrives the month after. We ship worldwide; delivery times depend on the postal service. Envelopes sent outside the European Union may be subject to the destination country's customs rules.
5. Payment and invoice
You pay by card on Stripe's secure payment page; we never see or store your card details. Invoices are sent electronically by e-mail.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time on the "My subscription" page (linked at the bottom of the website); cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you receive the envelopes you paid for until then.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the first envelope. Tell us by e-mail at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We refund your payment within 14 days of your withdrawal; you pay the cost of sending items back.
8. Price changes
If a price changes, we tell you by e-mail at least [30] days in advance; the new price applies to renewals after that. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before the renewal.
9. Gift subscriptions
For gifts the envelopes go to the recipient you named, and renewals are charged to the giver's card. We let the recipient know by e-mail that something is on its way.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to [CONTACT EMAIL]; we reply in writing within 30 days. If we can't agree, you can turn to the consumer conciliation body of your place of residence.
11. Governing law
Hungarian law applies to the contract.
